The Frogs Nursery celebrated the Queens 92nd birthday with a fabulous Garden Party recently. The children enjoyed making sandwiches, eating scones and decorating fairy cakes. The children learned many facts about the Queen but they still had a few questions so we sent the Queen a letter. Alongside the letter the children made birthday cards, flags and painted the Queens portrait. The children were shocked and delighted to receive a reply from Buckingham Palace. One child jumped up and down screaming, whilst another shouted, ‘The Queen is coming!’  We hope the children will remember this experience forever.
